All real estate professionals invited to participate in measuring how virtual reality is disrupting real estate.

(New York, NY – July 10, 2018) — Pix, a virtual reality (“VR”) company, in partnership with CREtech is hosting a survey about the state of VR in real estate. The survey, open to all real estate professionals, will shed light on how VR technology is transforming the industry.

Multiple studies have shown that over 75% of the world’s population cannot look at a 2D drawing and form an accurate 3D mental image of a building or space’s design. That is one reason Pix offers powerful immersive experiences for real estate professionals. Immersive VR models cross language barriers, increase marketing reach and enhance communication with stakeholders. VR is changing property development, marketing and sales by:

•      Seeing the impact of design choices before construction begins
•      Pre-selling and leasing properties before construction begins
•      Compressing sales and leasing cycles by doing design on the fly

What is unclear is whether and how many real estate professionals are using virtual reality effectively in their business. Real estate professionals will help the entire industry understand how VR is transforming our work now and in the near future by taking this simple two-to-three minute survey.

The “State of the Market Survey for Virtual Reality in Real Estate” survey will be open until July 31, 2018. Results on the utilization and experiences of the industry using VR will be released in September.
