RealNex Accelerates into 2022: Another Major Product Release and Continued Client Expansion

With a host of New Features and Functions, Leading PropTech Firm lands contracts with KW Commercial and eXp Commercial

June 22, 2022 Stafford, TX – RealNex, a commercial real estate technology company, today announced a major release to its flagship RealNex Navigator platform. RealNex Navigator is a complete commercial real estate operating system, featuring CRM, Financial Analysis, Presentations, Marketing, Reporting and Transaction Management. With the release, the company also announced the successful deployment and implementation across the KW Commercial platform and the newly signed agreement to deliver its solution set to eXp Commercial as well as commercial agents at eXp Realty.

Core to the new update is the fully cloud based CRM, which completely breaks ties with the legacy desktop solution to enable dramatic enhancements. While all new deployments will be based on the new CRM cloud foundation, existing users will be systematically migrated to the new framework over the coming months. Within the new system, users will enjoy a host of powerful new tools and capabilities including:

  • A new Map interface with bike routes, traffic, transit and search capabilities based on zip code, radius or polygon, as well as the ability to layer map displays.
  • Multiple addresses for a contact or company.
  • Enhanced filters including, Simple Filters for fast access to targeted data, automated searches by offset dates and character filter by greater than, less than and between.
  • Improved navigation with selected field highlighted, ENTER to confirm, ESC to cancel and Tab to move between fields.
  • Dialog boxes now include Notes and can be moved to improve displays.
  • Gmail synch has been reestablished and Outlook synch is now delivered in virtual real-time.

In addition, to the wide array of new tools and enhancements, the platform workflow has been honed to reduce steps and accelerate speed.

While CRM launched the new cloud framework, an amazing array of new enhancements were also added to MarketEdge.

  • New property fields and property Presentation Pages have been added based on property type.
  • Custom Pages have added flexibility with unlimited configurations.
  • Global Custom Pages prepopulate with property listing data.
  • Fixed Cover Pages are no longer required and can be replaced with Custom Pages.
  • Cover Pages are now configurable based on For Sale or For Lease and further refined dependent on property type.
  • Multiple Interior Page designs can be displayed.
  • Templates can be deployed across enterprises, companies and teams.
  • Secondary brands can be added to support affiliates and teams.
  • Line height auto adjusts based on the number rows in a section.
  • Refined Team Bio Page formats have been added.
  • New Map display elements and controls for more detailed visualization.

Within RealNex MarketPlace the company has also added a greater degree of flexibility and display options for its MPDirect hosted listing engine. The new capability improves SEO and keeps the browser within the client website without having to open a new pop-up display. Clients can also modify the display with a configurable menu, optionally choosing to display prices, property types and availability. Listing displays have been increased to 500 properties at a time, while users can now modify map background color and determine whether or not to include an Agent Directory.

And, when it’s time to gain more exposure for their listings, agents can now take advantage of a dramatically expanded RealNex distribution community. From MarketPlace, RealBlast listing flyer email campaigns can be sent to nearly 200,000 active buyers and agents. And, to make RealBlasts even more affordable a new subscription offering brings the price down to just $99 per send.

The RealNex MarketPlace Syndication channel which currently includes Brevitas, Quantum Listing, LDCRE and Spacelist is expanding with plans to soon add TenantBase, Yardi Commercial Café and CW MarketPlace.

If all of the software improvements were not enough, RealNex now offers foundational data and data services to seed CRM. Billed as RealNex Pro™, the data package includes parcel and base building information, the two most recent sales, ownership, loan profiles including lender, loan amount and maturity date as well as tenant rosters. This foundational data provides a fast start to agents new to a CRM and fleshes out older systems. For those that have other sources of data and data that has become unwieldy over time, RealNex Data Services can assist with the clean-up and ongoing maintenance. From data normalization, to geocoding, de-duping and email address verification, RealNex helps optimize the quality of user data.

In addition to all the new capabilities from a user experience, the company has also built the scalable infrastructure to manage and support massive enterprises. Its user management and on-boarding capabilities have been reengineered to set up new accounts in minutes.
