January 16, 2025, Stafford, TX --Despite the ongoing challenges in the CRE market, 2024 was an incredible year of progress for RealNex. As the company celebrated its 10th anniversary, it also realized remarkable results from a product advancement and growth perspective. Subscriber seat count nearly doubled, and over 50 significant solution enhancements were delivered that improved performance, ease of use, and expanded value. As the company approaches 2025, they are already working on a wide array of dynamic enhancements that will deliver even greater benefits to its rapidly growing client base. The 2025 roadmap is robust and includes improved and expanded data solutions, expanded analytics and lead generation capabilities, and more comprehensive and flexible reporting tools.
“We look back on 2024 and as we celebrate our 10-year anniversary, we are thankful for the year and a decade of remarkable success. Many doubted our strategy of creating a single platform solution at the most compelling value. Our strategy and holding steadfast to our core values of constantly innovating while putting our users first and partnering with the industry has driven our tremendous growth even through challenging markets. Our development team continues to amaze, impress and delight our clients, with a host of robust new capabilities…and our roadmap for 2025 is even more exciting,” noted RealNex CEO Jeff Finn.
Part of the massive growth during the year was the addition of RE/MAX Commercial as a global enterprise account. RealNex is the technology system of choice for CRM, analysis, presentation, and marketing, while also powering the RE/MAX Commercial website with property listings, agents and office profiles.
Growth continued with other enterprise accounts including CBRE and KW Commercial in addition to scores of independent firms and members of global brands. In discussing her team’s relationship with RealNex, Cynthia Lee Executive Director of KW Commercial
commented, “I wanted that one-stop shop, an all-in-one solution. I love working with RealNex. It truly is a partnership.”
Among the myriad enhancements to the system were those designed to enhance performance and streamline workflows. To manage and support the rapidly growing user base, the system infrastructure was expanded four-fold. The system expansion and architecture ensure blazing-fast performance. The CRM database was also substantially expanded with hundreds of new fields to better accommodate the highly specialized needs of clients and the soon-to-be-released enriched RX Data footprint.
To easily utilize this expansive data capability, RealNex users can now create personally configured Layouts to view the information they need the way they want. By way of example, specific formats can be created to view multi-family assets, industrial facilities, corporate occupancy requirements, or highly specialized investor profiles. Layouts can also be optimized to work with different device screen sizes. All of this is also included in the robust RealNex mobile app. The data also flows seamlessly to MarketEdge and MarketPlace to efficiently create authoritative investment and lease analyses, persuasive presentations, marketing collateral, email campaigns, and listings.
Other powerful new tools include Kanban boards for Projects and Leads. These drag-and-drop panels make pipeline management swift and easy while providing an informative visual display of progress. With new design tools, customizing and personalizing Tour Books and Presentations is a breeze. In addition, advanced filtering empowers even faster and more precise search capabilities. The ability to add any type of record from anywhere in the system further streamlines workflow.
RealNex also solved one of the biggest challenges clients, data. Whether migrating data from a previous solution or the ongoing addition of data from external sources, we have released next-generation import tools that ingest complicated databases into RealNex’s relational structure most efficiently and “clean up” messy records. We have found that over time, inconsistencies in terminology, redundancies, and inaccuracies make performance less efficient. With our cutting-edge import tools, the company automatically de-dups and normalizes data to make it as clean and productive as possible.
Mike Warner, SIOR, CCIM, GSCS, Executive Vice President, Cushman & Wakefield ULC | Calgary, noted, “RealNex CRM has been my “Swiss Army" knife of contact management for almost 20 years. It keeps me organized, tracks crucial details, and centralizes critical information—client preferences, market data, and transaction history. And, with the steady stream of enhancements, it just keeps getting better.”
RealNex’ success is driven by the constant feedback and suggestions from its loyal client base. Effectively running their business with RealNex daily, this community provides real-time recommendations and ideas to continuously improve the platform. In response, the RealNex Team releases a steady flow of updates to stay ahead of the market.
“We strive to be the handset of the industry and understand that to realize our vision, we must be client-centric, results-focused. With an eye on helping our clients find, win and close deals as efficiently as possible, we constantly engage their feedback to inform our development roadmap. Our rapid, agile team consistently meets the market and supports what they want to do next!” noted Realex Executive Chairman, Mark Kingston. “That is reflected by the incredible advances made in 2024, but I expect it will be surpassed by what we deliver in 2025. Stay tuned!”
