RealNex Releases Major Navigator Enhancements to Power the Next Generation of CRE Brokerage Performance

New release connects RealNex KRM, Insights, Vault, Bridge, MarketEdge enhancements, and CRE Marketing Hub AI tools into a more powerful platform for CRE knowledge, strategy, and execution.

STAFFORD, Texas — September 9, 2026— RealNex, a commercial real estate technology company, today announced a major release of updates and enhancements to RealNex Navigator, its integrated platform for commercial real estate professionals.

The release advances RealNex Navigator with several significant platform improvements: the evolution of RealNex CRM into KRM — Knowledge and Relationship Management; embedded RealNex Insights analytics; the launch of RealNex Vault, a purpose-built CRE deal room; the new RealNex Bridge deal exchange; new MarketEdge analysis and presentation enhancements; and CRE-trained AI tools powered through CRE Marketing Hub.

Together, these enhancements make Navigator a more connected platform for managing knowledge, sharpening strategy, and activating execution across the full CRE deal cycle. The result is what RealNex calls The CRE Intelligence Advantage: a more effective way to make brokerage knowledge measurable, visible, and actionable.

“Commercial real estate has always been a knowledge business — and the broker who knows their market deepest wins. Every AI tool in the world cannot change that. What we have built changes something more fundamental: it makes that knowledge measurable, visible, and actionable at a scale no individual broker could achieve alone.”

— Mark Kingston, Executive Chairman, RealNex

KRM — Knowledge and Relationship Management

RealNex is rebranding its CRM platform as KRM — Knowledge and Relationship Management to more accurately reflect the architecture and value of the system.

Unlike generic CRMs built around contact records, RealNex KRM is a property-centric relational database that connects people, markets, properties, companies, activity, assignments, and transactions the way commercial real estate professionals actually work.

The rebrand reflects a core reality of CRE: market expertise and institutional property knowledge are as central to a broker’s competitive advantage as their contact network. As AI capabilities continue to develop, the value of those tools will increasingly scale with the depth and quality of the KRM that supports them.

RealNex Insights — Enterprise Analytics, Built In

RealNex Insights delivers enterprise-grade analytics directly within the platform, drawing from live KRM data. These analytics are powered by Microsoft Power BI, embedded seamlessly so no separate tool or data export is required.

Analytics operate at enterprise, team, sector, and individual levels, giving users visibility into pipeline health, market inventory, financial performance, production activity, and business development performance — without requiring data exports or third-party BI configuration.

RealNex Insights helps firms move from scattered activity to actionable intelligence, supporting better decisions across brokerage leadership, team management, business development, and client service.

RealNex Vault — The CRE Deal Room

RealNex Vault is a purpose-built virtual deal room for commercial real estate. It replaces the legacy deal room with enterprise-grade capabilities at CRE market pricing and is included at no additional charge for MarketEdge and Navigator subscribers.

Existing legacy deal rooms remain accessible for transactions already in progress.

Vault includes four-stage bidder progression, eight tiered access levels, automated NDA signature walls with e-signature, dynamic watermarking by participant role, two-factor authentication, immutable audit trails, and per-bidder engagement analytics designed to answer one of the most important questions in any transaction: who is actually serious?

Unlimited external participants — including buyers, investors, attorneys, and lenders — are included at no additional charge.

RealNex Bridge — Transaction Execution, Upgraded

Formerly Transaction Manager, RealNex Bridge has been upgraded with a redesigned user interface, pre-population from a nationwide commercial property database, and direct integration with the RealNex MarketPlace and KRM.

Brokers can search properties from the national database, live MarketPlace availabilities, and their KRM in one unified deal exchange — where brokers can search, negotiate, and advance deals from first tour to final terms without switching systems.

Bridge also includes enhanced proposal comparison and one-click branded PDF tour books, helping teams run the full transaction process: search to shortlist, feedback, proposals, and negotiated deal terms — all in one controlled environment.

MarketEdge Enhancements

MarketEdge has been updated with a refreshed intuitive user interface, flexible widget-based design editor, auto-sizing text, expanded demographics with flexible distance and drive-time radii, and enhanced financial reports including sale-leaseback analysis and lease vs. buy comparison.

These enhancements help CRE professionals turn analysis, strategy, and market knowledge into stronger presentations, proposals, offering materials, and client-ready recommendations.

CRE Marketing Hub AI Tools

AI tools powered through CRE Marketing Hub support practical commercial real estate workflows including property and market analysis, business development strategy, targeted marketing plan development, marketing content creation, property underwriting and investment analysis, social media messaging, and video scripting.

The AI tools are CRE-trained and designed to give users immediate support for strategy, analysis, marketing, content, and business development workflows. As RealNex deepens KRM integration over time, each client’s AI experience is expected to become increasingly informed by their own markets, deals, and institutional intelligence.

“The CRE Marketing Hub AI is not a generic assistant. It is trained on commercial real estate — already a significant advantage. As we deepen the KRM integration, each client’s AI will increasingly reflect their own markets, deals, and intelligence. We are building toward an AI that is uniquely theirs. Today is where that story starts.”
