Founded by Ross and Tracee Jones, CRE Marketing Hub provides a host of ChatGPT Agents specifically trained over the past two years on the unique characteristics of the real estate industry. The GPTs are trained in applications for both the commercial and residential sectors. The Jones team continues to work with the company to advance the platform and to support clients in their implementation of the powerful set of tools.
The acquisition of CRE Marketing Hub complements and will work in conjunction with other Pavonis Group-sponsored companies, RealNex, Bid4Real, and Pix-Virtual.
CRE Marketing Hub includes Client Insights to analyze, model, and understand personas of clients and avatars of target prospects; Deal Coach, as your 24/7 mentor to answer the most difficult questions and provide strategic direction and tactical advice; and Marketing Center, providing expert support in drafting property profiles, writing scripts, and generating social media content. The platform also boasts translation tools, a host of commercial real estate calculators, prompt, social media and image libraries, and offering memorandum automation.
