The March 10, 2020 episode of The RealNex Webinar Series featured Dr. Glenn Mueller who presented his Real Estate Market Cycle Monitor for Q4 2019. As a special add-on, RealNex Head of Data and Research, Dr. Jeffrey Fisher gave a brief report on the potential impacts of Coronavirus on real estate markets. On February 20, 2020, RealNex presented its quarterly Commercial Real Estate Market Update, hosted by CEO Jeffrey Finn and featuring Head of Data and Research Dr. Jeffrey Fisher. The session focused on year-end 2019 data and findings based on Dr. Fisher’s work with the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF) and supported by data from CBRE, Costar and Oxford Economics among others.

During his November 21, 2019 presentation on the RealNex Webinar Series, Dr. Jeffrey Fisher presented his research findings on commercial real estate market pricing trends and conditions. Based on his research and work in conjunction with The National Association of Commercial Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF), Dr. Fisher reports that markets remain strong with no signs of a turn even at current peak levels.

In the September 19, 2019 session of the Webinar Series, Jeffrey Fisher, Ph.D and Jeffrey Finn, CEO of RealNex reviewed the fast and easy development of detailed investment financial reports and the efficient creation of proposals, flyers, opinions of value and offering memorandums.

During the July 11 edition of the RealNex Webinar Series, Dr. Jeffrey Fisher introduced the new Development Analysis tool available in MarketEdge. He highlighted the differences between development analysis and traditional investment analysis and how the two can be put together to create a blended return should a developer decide to hold rather than sell at the end of the development phase. To prepare the analysis the presentation highlights all the development cost inputs, loan terms on both construction and permanent and income assumptions. The analysis focused on the feasibility of the project, the maximum investment and minimum income required to be feasible, sensitivity analysis, rates of return and optimum time to exit.

During the RealNex Q2 2019 Commercial Real Estate Market update, Dr. Jeffrey Fisher reported on his findings based on research conducted with National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF). The presentation was part of the ongoing RealNex Webinar Series hosted by CEO Jeffrey Finn. The NCREIF data is reported quarterly and includes key metrics of property level performance for over 10,000 properties valued at in excess of $500,000,000.
