New, unique capabilities streamlines workflow, client reporting and lead management

On February 20, 2020, RealNex presented its quarterly Commercial Real Estate Market Update, hosted by CEO Jeffrey Finn and featuring Head of Data and Research Dr. Jeffrey Fisher. The session focused on year-end 2019 data and findings based on Dr. Fisher’s work with the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF) and supported by data from CBRE, Costar and Oxford Economics among others.

2019 was an incredible year of growth and advancements for RealNex. During his November 21, 2019 presentation on the RealNex Webinar Series, Dr. Jeffrey Fisher presented his research findings on commercial real estate market pricing trends and conditions. Based on his research and work in conjunction with The National Association of Commercial Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF), Dr. Fisher reports that markets remain strong with no signs of a turn even at current peak levels.
