Webinar Highlights

February 28, 2019

In the February Edition of That’s #CRE #CREAGH, Head of Development Tim Creagh highlighted several new features and enhancements to the RealNex Platform.

Before getting into all the cool new stuff, CEO Jeff Finn, reminded the audience of the recently added capability to build 3D Virtual Reality Models and even integrate them into MarketPlace Listings. The new RealNex QuickTour™, efficiently converts 2D plans into 3D environments that can be shared with prospects as part of the marketing outreach via any web browser…even on a smartphone. And, with RealFit™ clients can actually demise, build-out and outfit space to accelerate test-fits and assure the space will work for its intended purpose. Combined these two cost effective solutions condense cycle times by rapidly engaging prospects and facilitating decision-making.

Tim began his presentation with a couple of hidden gems within the CRM. The first was Local News, a quick link on the contact details panel, which accesses local media to use as a conversation starter with prospects and clients. Just click the link and you will be directed to local press. Next, he reminded us of the Verify Now capability to help maintain data integrity by noting records are confirmed as accurate, which by default then lets you know which records need to be updated. Tim also pointed out that the system automatically indicates Time Zones with an offset to your time. Of particularly value when doing business globally, we help you know what time it is where your client is.

Weblinks have been added to the system so that you can easily tap into third party websites and look-up data to enhance your prospecting. For example, you can use Weblinks to look up County Tax Assessor information on a property based on its parcel number or to tap social media profiles or reverse phone directories based on a name or phone number. Basically, you can swiftly tap into any third-party website you have access to by leveraging any CRM field as a key.

Tim also noted that 10 New Property Reports would be forthcoming to CRM by mid-March.

The eMarketing engine in MarketPlace was enhanced with new Configurable Branding and Customization capabilities. eMail Templates can now be configured with your primary and secondary colors. And you can modify fonts and format text with our new in-line editor. We now also automatically configure for 1, 2 or 3 agents and you can access an image library to add additional graphics to a flyer. If the RealNex templates don’t showcase your properties the way you like, we can also build Custom Templates to meet your brand standard and presentation requirements.

Similar enhancements have been made to the MarketEdge Presentation Editor. We have added a configurable Property Summary Page which draws upon an expanded property detail database to allow for comprehensive and flexible property profiles. The page allows for detailed property specifications, highlight bullets and profile text. The editor can control font type, style and size to assure pages are fit and balanced. And, we have added the ability to include up to 6 Photo Pages. The pages are formatted to aesthetically showcase up to 6 photos per page drawing upon your library of photos that can be panned, zoomed, centered and captioned.

To learn more about all of the new enhancements check out the video recording of the session.

Please plan to join us next month, March 28 at 4:00 EST, for the next edition of That’s #CRE #CREAGH as we continue to roll out great new RealNex product updates.
