Did ya know, its easy to build, tweak and reuse Filters?!

Filters are a powerful tool to query your database to find just the information you are looking for so that you can prospect most efficiently. Sometimes Filters can be complex. And even though they are easy to build, you don’t want to build them over and over again. With RealNex CORE CRM you can make the Filters you use most often Favorites so that are even easier to access and then you can simply change the variables you are seeking without having to build a new filter.

For example, you are regularly going to search for properties of certain type, in a certain geography and of a certain size. Simply build your property Search Filter to seek results by these variables. Then when you need to find a 10,000 sf office space downtown, all you need to do is plug in those variables and you are good to go. Of course, the query can be much more complex, maybe you need industrial with a certain number of dock doors, clear height, floor loads, rail siding with expansion capability. It doesn’t matter how simple or complex the query simply, build, save, fill I the blanks and you can swiftly access just the data you need. And with our flexible Column View and you see all the details you need to even further prioritize your results.
