You are going to love this new update! **RealNex MarketEdge Deal Rooms** enable you to run a controlled sales process. The Deal Rooms have always been an incredibly valuable and powerful tool. Rather than sending various files to a list of prospects, build your **Deal Room** and have your prospects come to you. Not only do Deal Rooms streamline and control the process, they provide complete visibility into who is engaged and who needs to be stoked along. Now it is easier than ever to build, manage and organize **Deal Rooms**. With our new folder structure, you can swiftly build or drag and drop complete tree structures of files and documents. You can easily add, move or delete and rapidly establish security for each folder or document. With 7 levels of security, you can manage who sees what and when, getting appropriate sign offs along the way. You may require an NDA to open up initial due diligence like financials and proformas, an LOI to see actual leases and title or a contract to access final documentation. Whatever the tiers, you set the levels and control the process. You see who has accessed the room, how frequently they have engaged and what they have looked at.
