Webinar Highlights
In the June session of That’s #CRE #CREAGH, RealNex Lead developer Tim Creagh highlighted several major enhancements to MarketEdge and CRM as well as provided a glimpse into a few new features coming in July.
The major advances to MarketEdge focused on the presentation output which has been completely updated. With addition of 32 new Cover Page designs and the ability to add custom colors and a variety of Logos, the New MarketEdge is able to flexibly design and create elegant proposals, flyers, property offerings and presentations. The design library now includes a host of portrait and landscape formats, and presentations can swiftly be changed from one to another. You can even edit directly on the page to assure the best look and message. And, if the host of included formats doesn’t meet your brand standard, we can now build more completely custom designed presentations to serve your needs.
Beyond the covers, we added an expanded library of Section Pages which can be enhanced with photos or images and a variety of Table of Contents styles, highlighting sections and pages as desired. MarketEdge now allows up to 6 Photo Pages with 6 photos per page, and each image can be panned and re-sized to get the get exact frame desired. The new Summary Page allows you to build custom formats with photos, descriptive text and fields pulled from the expanded property database to quickly create comprehensive custom profiles of your offering.
Another major update was the Development Analysis Tool. This new component steps you through the production of a complete Development Feasibility Analysis to assure property sells for the right price to get the desired return. The output includes a 4-page report you can use to model your bid and assist with your financing.
Up next month are Business Maps. More than Retail Maps, the Business Maps allow you to select any business type or specific brand and plot locations in proximity to the subject property. The system will even come preloaded with most popular logos to display on the map.
Not all the focus has been on Marketedge. We have also added a number of new features to CRM. Top of the list was the Super User privilege so that management, support or marketing teams can access team member's accounts to facilitate data management. As many contacts now have multiple phone numbers and emails, we have added an ability to maintain all those contact details and easily scroll through the list to find the one you need. We also added the one-click creation of Comps from Properties and Spaces. Now all the data from the Property record flows to a linked Comp and all you need to do is add transaction date, value and counter-party and you have a great Comp in your database. You can also use this feature to capture point in time asking rates to create a powerful historical trend line at the property and market level.
Recurring Events is another new enhancement, to easily set up on-going projects by frequency, duration, day and time. And, you can also easily close out multiple Events simultaneously and move them to History.
Navigation has been streamlined by locking the top menu party and adding scroll options. We have also added a Navigation Panel to jump from record to record while remaining in the detail view. This is a great time saver, but just a step towards next month’s release which will include a hybrid list and detail view. All the power of list views with the addition of collapsible detail screen views and the ability to lock in on the fields you want to work with as you jump from record to record.
That’s it for this month. To view the recording click That’s #CRE #CREAGH.
We look forward to sharing more in July! In the meantime, keep your suggestions coming so we build the best solutions to streamline your workflow and increase your productivity.
