A Timeline can be as simple as the routine you follow when you meet a new lead or as complex as managing a Build-To-Suit project.
Another incredibly powerful addition to CORE CRM is the enhanced query and data filter capabilities. Multi-layer detailed filters allow users to hone in on exactly the right targets for business development and deal-making. The new Saved Search feature allows these detailed queries to be built once and used on demand with flexible modifications to further refine results as needed. The search results are made more useful with a host of professionally designed reports that have been added based on CRE Industry Best Practices.
Part of the new reporting engine also brings Stacking Plans to CORE CRM. Simply select the property you want and access the detailed visualization of the building occupancy and vacancy.
