Did Ya Know RealNex now includes On-Board Guide Me Tutorials throughout the program and we released an incredible update to MarketEdge including 32 new Cover Pages with enhanced design controls.

The new Guide Me feature is accessible from the blue icon on the top menu bar on each screen. Simply click Guide Me and type in how you want help or select from the list. It will then provide a step by step tutorial with video links to walk you through a process. The Guide Me topics are constantly being updated as new features are added. Guide Me also has cool "Wizard" features to help you build out your Timelines and Templates. You can also use Guide Me to book an appointment or register for a training webinar. We are excited to have released a major upgrade to RealNex MarketEdge. One of the great enhancements is to Cover Pages. We have added 32 elegantly designed new Cover Pages that you get out of the box. These cover pages include landscape and portrait formats and automatically inherit your brand colors and logo as established in your system settings. You can easily adjust colors for a particular presentation if desired. Should you need more, we can even create completely customized designs to match your brand standard.

Once you pick your cover page all the data from your property data base and analysis will populate your presentation. You can then easily add and adjust photos from your library, swap out logos, modify headers and promotional bulleted text. There is a whole lot more to share in future issues, but that's it for today.
